I get it, the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is scary and we don’t understand it yet; but please, I beg you… stop buying all the toilet paper, water and essentials so that she shelves in stores are bare.
They say we only need a two-week supply of essential items like non-perishable foods, toilet paper, water, soap, cold meds, hand sanitizer and other cleaning products like Lysol. Yet, when I go into the store to buy a pack of toilet paper for use right now, I had to go to 3 different stores before I could find any and bottled water, let’s just say that was a treasure hunt.
I’m not telling you to not buy your supplies, but let’s not over buy. We still must live our daily lives and need items. We still don’t know if it or when it will become a huge issue here. So, let’s all calm down, take a deep breath and get prepared with two weeks of supplies just in case and leave some items for other people.
Here’s an article explaining what you’ll need, how much and what to do. Let’s keep calm and get prepared.
